MISSION
STRENGTHEN THE MILITARY COMMUNITY THROUGH PLAY.
To strengthen well-being, belonging, and opportunity for veterans, service members, and military families through accessible gaming, esports, and trusted community partnership.

OUR PURPOSE
GAMING IS THE BRIDGE.
BELONGING IS THE OUTCOME.
Military life can scatter teams across duty stations, deployments, and civilian life.
We build accessible places to reconnect—online and in person—while helping trusted military and veteran-serving organizations reach the people they support.
VISION
EVERYONE WHO SERVED CAN STILL FIND A TEAM.
A future where every member of the military community can find connection, purpose, and people who understand them—wherever they are and at every stage of service.
IMPACT
TURN SHARED PLAY INTO LASTING SUPPORT.
We create year-round experiences that reduce isolation, build cross-branch camaraderie, connect participants to veteran-serving organizations, and open pathways into gaming and technology.

WHAT WE DO
THREE WAYS WE TURN GAMES
INTO CONNECTION.
Our programs serve the military community before, during, and after major events—not only when the cameras are on.
COMPETITIVE CONNECTION
MILITARY ESPORTS LEAGUE
The Military Esports League gives veterans and service members a structured competitive home through nationwide qualifiers, branch-based competition, show matches, and major events.
Open Masters, six-branch Pro, and service-academy Collegiate pathways bring military culture and healthy competition into one community.

HOW THE MODEL WORKS
A FORCE MULTIPLIER
FOR SUPPORT.
The MEL Foundation does not replace veteran services. We create a welcoming front door.
Shared play brings people together, and our partner network helps community members discover veteran-serving organizations, VA information, and opportunities built for them.
- Community-first programs built around connection and healthy competition.
- Cross-branch spaces for veterans, families, supporters, and Gold Star Gamers.
- Online and in-person touchpoints that keep support visible all year.
